Hello all! The surgery went well. They couldn't remove the entire tumor since it is attached to the optic nerve and would've caused more damage to do so. Right now he is out of ICU and in a regular bed. They say he might go home tomorrow! He is still in pain and is very tired, but certainly more alert and able to remember things. Radiation to follow in a few weeks to kill the rest of the tumor. Even if things weren't going so well, God has taught me so much about His faithfulness, goodness, and love just by giving us the strength to get this far. Still a long road ahead. Just wanted to tell you we have been praying for Branson. Glad to hear the good reports and hope all continues to go well. We will continue to pray for God's healing and peace for all of you!

I'm so glad he's doing well. Would it be ok if I stopped by this afternoon for a little while? Also, I could come over tomorrow from about 11 to about 2 if you needed to get out and do something. Let me know.
